DUNEDIN

If you don't mind the winter
chills (and often summer chills) you will enjoy Dunedin,
known as the country's most Scottish city. It was actually
a planned settlement for Scottish migrants and has been
called the Edinburgh of the south. Like its Scottish
counterpart it is home to a large student population
that attend Otago University and help give the city
a buzz with nightlife and music. The Cadbury Chocolate
factory, Speight's Brewery and Wilson Distillery are
popular facotry tours. There is also a lot of history
in museums and architecture of the gold rush period.
