DARWIN City

The capital of the Territory won't be quite what people expect. It's sleepy, quiet, hot and friendly. You can try a croc burger or roo steak, wander the ruins of Cyclone Tracey and WWII and look only at the lovely water - don't swim there are crocs! Most people pass through on their way to Kakadu or the Red Centre but spare a day or two.
