BIOGRAPHIES OF TRAVELLERS
Distant Voices - John Pilger (Peter Lane, Australia)
The Journals of Dan Eldon - Dan Eldon (Antony Riley, England)
Dan Eldon was a photojournalist killed in action in Africa while working for Reuters. This book was compiled by his father after his death, using the journals that Dan filled during his life. These are a collage of photos, quote, stories and diary entries.
Dan was only young when he started working for Reuters and did more in his short life time (he was killed at 22 and would have been 32 today) than many of us would hope to achieve ever. This man was a philosopher, a poet and a traveller.
